This is my personal pipe that was gifted to me and I'm not a big meerschaum pipe smoker, however I have smoked atleast 5 bowls of tobacco through it, take a look at the bowl, I have sanitized the stem and bowl with 90% alcohol, so it is good to go as soon as you get it or you can re-sanitize it yourself to be sure. This is truly a one of a kind pipe.
